2. About Our Services

Battalion Home Watch LLC provides scheduled visual Home Watch visits and related property-care services for homeowners in Southwest Florida.

Depending on the services selected and agreed upon in writing, offerings may include:

• Silver, Gold, and Platinum Home Watch memberships
• Home Opener and Season Closer services
• Hurricane-related services
• Property access coordination and contractor supervision
• Additional concierge and property-care services

Specific services, visit frequencies, fees, and responsibilities are established in the applicable service agreement.

3. Home Watch Service Limitations

Home Watch visits consist of visual observations of reasonably accessible areas of a property, within the scope agreed upon with the client.

Battalion Home Watch does not provide licensed home inspections, engineering evaluations, security monitoring, or guarantees against property damage.

Home Watch visits cannot guarantee the discovery or prevention of every leak, equipment failure, pest issue, weather-related problem, or other property condition.

4. Memberships and Scheduling

Membership options may provide different frequencies of scheduled Home Watch visits.

Actual scheduling, access requirements, service periods, rescheduling procedures, and any missed-visit arrangements are governed by the client's written service agreement.

Service availability may be affected by severe weather, emergencies, unsafe conditions, restricted property access, or other circumstances beyond the company's reasonable control.

5. Hurricane and Severe Weather Services

Hurricane-related services are subject to the selected service package, written agreement, weather conditions, personnel availability, and applicable emergency restrictions.

Battalion Home Watch does not guarantee that hurricane preparations will prevent damage or that personnel can access a property during or immediately following a storm.

The safety of personnel and compliance with emergency orders take priority.

6. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing accurate property information, appropriate access authorization, emergency contact details, and any other information reasonably necessary to perform agreed services.

Clients remain responsible for maintaining appropriate homeowners insurance, utilities, equipment maintenance, and other property obligations unless expressly agreed otherwise in writing.

7. Pricing and Payment

Service pricing, billing schedules, renewal terms, cancellation provisions, and any applicable additional charges will be communicated in the relevant written agreement or accepted service proposal.

Submitting an inquiry through the website does not create a paid membership or service contract.

8. Website Information

We make reasonable efforts to keep information on our website accurate and current. However, descriptions, service availability, and other information may change.
