Coming back from up north or from another home shouldn't mean walking into a stale, dark, unready house. A few days before your arrival, we go through and open the property back up — so the AC is comfortable, the water's running, and anything that needs your attention gets flagged before you're standing in front of it with your bags.

- Interior walkthrough for anything that needs attention
- Trash bins brought in or set out as needed
